Looks like the army hold the keys of who will be ruling France: gilets jaunes
supporters, or oligarks cum deep state.
France make use of 300 generals, but pays many times more, which helps keeping the army out of mischief. The armed forces are dismembered to the profit of NATO, a globalists outfit.
Small high tech communities are becoming self sufficient. Oligarks network is becoming obsolete.
The power bascule seems now to be resting in the hands of the generals..
